Today you’ll travel to one of Germany’s oldest and most beautiful cities – Cologne.

Your first stop is the Haribo Outlet, where you can shop for delicious Haribo treats. Enjoy the “candy bar” where you can mix your own selection from classic favorites, new creations, and international varieties.

Next, you’ll head to the Chocolate Museum, founded in 1839. Here you’ll learn about the history of chocolate and the entire production process – from the cocoa plant to the ingredients used to create irresistible chocolate. You’ll also have the chance to shop for unique sweet gifts.

After the museum, you’ll have free time in Cologne. Walk along the river to the famous Kölner Dom (Cologne Cathedral), one of the most extraordinary and iconic churches in Germany, and a masterpiece of Christian architecture. From the cathedral, you can explore one of the city’s two major shopping streets, Hohe Strasse, which connects to Schildergasse, another lively shopping area that leads to Neumarkt, home to the indoor mall Neumarkt Galerie.
