Policy and Requirements for ITT/ODR Trip Cancellations
Cancellations by ITT or ODR (Full Refund Guaranteed)
A trip is fully refunded if cancelled by ITT
or ODR due to insufficient sign-up or inclement weather.
Cancellations by Customer
* Same-day cancellation or No Shows will NOT receive a refund.
* A customer may request at least two days in advance to be moved to
another ODR/ITT trip in the same time frame if space is available.
* Advanced cancelations will receive a 50% refund of the tour price.
* Cancellation Exceptions (Documentation Required)
* Sick/Quarters slip or Doctor slip
* Unscheduled work recall, duty, or TDY—Must provide documentation
or a memo on official letterhead with signature of E-8 or higher.
