Start the day at the stunning Castle Eltz, a true hidden gem nestled in the hills. This medieval castle has been owned by the same family for over 800 years and remains beautifully preserved.

Enjoy a guided tour through its historic rooms, complete with original furnishings, before heading outside to take in breathtaking views and capture unforgettable photos from the castle grounds.

🏘️🍇 Bernkastel-Kues & Wine Region Experience

Next, we visit the charming town of Bernkastel-Kues, located along the Moselle River. Wander through narrow cobblestone streets, explore the historic market square, and admire the iconic half-timbered houses full of character and history.

We then continue to Mehring for a private wine tasting experience in a region known for its sun-soaked vineyards and Roman winemaking heritage.

Hosted by the local Sebastiani family, you’ll sample a variety of wines while learning about their craft and traditions. The evening is topped off with a delicious home-cooked German dinner, including salad, stuffed pork roast, and a cheesy potato casserole.

After dinner, you’ll have the opportunity to purchase your favorite wines to take home (cash and card accepted—don’t forget your VAT form).
