The absolute highlight is navigating the narrow, shaded sandstone chasms of the Grüne Hölle gorge, where towering, water-soaked stone walls block out the sun to create a lush, jungle-like microclimate. Along the way, you will also pass impressive natural monuments like the Predigtstuhl rock tower before completing the loop.
