The evening highlight is the so-called balloon glow.
Balloon glow is the name given to letting hot air balloons glow at dusk or in the dark. During balloon glowing, the balloons are rigged up ready for use as soon as darkness falls. However, there is no launch and the balloons remain on the ground.
